This is a community-powered version of XenServer with ALL FEATURES ENABLED. I currently have FreeNas setup as a VM on my xcp-ng server. The VM is configured with 64GB of ram, and direct access to the raid card that was flash into IT mode. I have 10 WD 2.5 blue 2TB drives attached to it in one Zpool using RAIDZ2. My write speed is good. Installed XCP-ng v7.6 onto single SATA SSD. XCP-ng is tied to a FreeNAS backend. Mainboard Intel NIC used for XCP-ng management access - connected to internal EdgeRouter-x (ER-x) at gateway 10.0.0.1/24; Appliance ports (yes, it's a PC though in this case) It's important to note that these are configured accordingly in the XCP-ng control software XCP-ng 8.0, virtualising FreeNAS 11.3-U1 CPUs: 2 x Intel Xeon E5-4655 v3 (6C/12T, 2.9GHz base/3.2GHz max boost).

I can ping xcp-ng server from FreeNAS console. I can ping freenas host from xcp-ng console. I am a newbie.

A lot of folks just praise how good XCP-NG is. The thing is that from the moment I've installed firs virtual machine (Windows 7), it felt very sluggish, like it had some old HDD, everything worked really slow, also the speed of the internet war awful, I have a bandwidth of 300 Mb/s and with Windows 7 on XCP-NG I just got 80Mb/s.

Alright all, I'm exploring my options. We are looking at xcp-ng pro support or XOA enterprise. If we get xcp-ng support we will build xen orchestra from source. What are the benefits of one over the other?

It is it's own product now. I perhaps worded that wrong, yeah it is a separate product now but it's original code base was from Xenserver.
